How do I place order for Custom Cakes?

Custom cake orders are to be placed 2-4weeks in advance depending on our availability.

We do not reply to DMs or FB messages. Thank you :)

Do you deliver?

Yes we do.
Delivery for custom cakes are $25 per trip.
Please specify a 1-2hour delivery timeslot.

Delivery for standard cakes/dessert items are $15 per trip.
Please select a timeslot at checkout.
10am to 2pm (Tues to sun)
1pm to 5pm (Tues to sat only)
Minimum lead time: 3 Days (Unless otherwise stated)

Our operating hours:
Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm
Sundays 10am to 2pm
CLOSED ON MONDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Orders received after/on our closing hours will be cancelled.

Can I pick up?

Yes you may pick up cakes at our store located at Blk 5 Everton Park #01-24 S080005 personally (or preferably get a trusted gentle friend/relative who drives)

We do not allow cakes to be transported in motorbikes or to be picked up by anonymous grabexpress or lalamove drivers as we have experienced a lot of mishaps with such cases. If you insist on arranging your own 3rd party transport, we will not be liable for any damages and also will not entertain any repairs. Sorry and thank you for your understanding.

How do I transport my cake?

Custom Cakes are extremely fragile.
Here are some guidelines:
1. Keep cakes level at all times. Do not slant/tilt or place on the car seat during transportation. If the box is slanted, the decorations/figurines on the cake will follow and topple over.
Recommended place to put it will be air conditioned boot of car (if you have) or at the passenger leg space.
If you are unable to level the cake in your car, please ask our staff for assistance.

2. Do not place cake in warm places. Eg, don’t leave the cake in the car and go shopping, don’t place them near hot takeaway food, don’t carry on your lap as body heat will also cause cakes to melt faster.

3. Put it in the fridge asap.

How do I store my cake?

Chill your cakes in the fridge between 8-16degrees.

It can last 1-2days in the fridge.
However, we don’t use preservatives in our bakes so we recommend consuming it as soon as possible.
Cakes that come straight out of the fridge are harder to cut and will result in a flaky/crumbly mess so we recommend taking it out 20-30mins before the cake cutting. The cream/fondant will soften slightly and will be easier to cut.
However, do note that these temperatures/timing are just guidelines. If the environment is humid/hot, you can take out the cake 5mins-10mins before the cake cutting too.
